Microsoft is no help!
We have four registered users of our home comp. Anytime we switch from one username to the other without logging off we get the following runtime error that keeps popping up over and over again...
Microsoft Visual C++runtime library
Runtime Error C:\ProgramFiles\leafiles\chsiprop:exe
Save me from the Geek Squad!

for starters you need to find out what program resides in that directory and, if possible, uninstall it and see if you still have the problem.

I got it. I had to go into safe mode but I got rid of the offending file. Seems to be okay now.
